Relationship Lead - Institutional Sales - Education Loan (4-12 yrs)
1. Engaging with New Institute tie ups for Domestic business with Domestic Colleges/Institutes for Education Loan Business.
2. Engaging with Institutional/ Corporate clients and manage tie ups for Education Loan Business.
3. Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
4. Push for direct selling so as to mobilize revenue growth and Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
5. Enlarge the scope of existing client relationships and penetrate deeper into the clients financial management
6. Independently engage with the top management/ decision makers of prospective and existing clients
7. Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
8. Shall maintain the relationship with the Institutes end to end and should have a relationship flair.
9. Should be able to strategize the domestic business before the intake of the season and form a growth Strategy.
10. Should be able to manage the people on field and drive them for more business
11. Shall be responsible to train and manage staff on relationship building, retention and responsiveness
12. Should be able to crack institute tie ups with competition and Should have market update on competition
13. Shall be accountable for end to end management of institutes from payouts if any, sponsorships, lead management etc.
14. Ensures that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
