Relationship Executive - Travel (1-2 yrs)
Responsible for business acquisition both from existing and new clients by selling innovative range of student travel services to premier schools as per targets.
- Developing strategies to explore new regions
- Taking appointments for meetings/presentations
- Preparing proposals and price quotes in consultation with Regional Manager.
- Presentations to Coordinator in School/Principals/School Management to increase enrolments.
- Be part of negotiations
- Get regular feedback from clients and plugging it into the system
- Completing journey booking formalities and submission of booking documents
- Attending parent, student and teacher queries over phone as well as on e-mail
- Oversee payment collection
- Developing strategies to explore new regions
- Submitting reports to the Reporting Head
- Achieving annual, quarterly and monthly targets
