Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Relationship Executive - Strategic Partnership. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS), finance landscape, and insurance operations. This role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and it is a plus if the candidate has experience in two-wheeler finance. The Relationship Executive - Strategic Partnership will primarily be responsible for generating leads, though conversion is not a primary focus. Key Responsibilities :

- MIS Management :

Maintain and update financial reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data to support decision-making.

- Finance Operations :

Assist in various finance operations tasks, such as invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial data reconciliation.

- Insurance Coordination :

Collaborate with the insurance brokers to ensure proper documentation and compliance in insurance-related matters.

- Lead Generation :

Proactively identify potential leads and opportunities within the finance sector, particularly in two-wheeler finance.

- Data Analysis :

Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management.

- Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance & operations, to coordinate efforts related to financial reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B. Com or equivalent).

- 2-3 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of MIS and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience in two-wheeler finance is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to generate leads and build relationships (conversion is not the primary focus).
