Relationship Executive - Sales - Loan (1-3 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Handle home loan, leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business
- Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them.
- Coordinate with team and partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update -CRM
- Generate referral leads from existing customers
Desired Profile:
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
- At least 1 year experience in home loan sales.
- Strong command over English and know their local language too.
- Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have good English communication skills.
- Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Energy levels should be high.
