Relationship Executive - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Requirements for this role :
- Sales Experience : Proven experience of at least 1-3 years in telesales of financial products (preferred if Life Insurance)
- Excellent Communication : Clear and effective communication in both English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal and Listening skills : Strong interpersonal skills where you build a relationship with customers over call by showing empathy and good listening skills.
- Convincing powers : Influence customer decision for selecting right insurance for their family
- Problem-Solving : Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Financial aptitude: You are already good at or enjoy working with numbers as we are dealing with financial matters. A good academic background and a Graduate degree will help increase your chances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calls : Outbound calls to high quality insurance leads of INDmoney users to build client pipeline
- Consultative Selling : Understand and assess customer needs, lifestyle and give goal-based insurance recommendation
- Product Knowledge : Be the product expert by upgrading your knowledge on Top life insurance products in the market
- Customer Obsession : Take end-to-end ownership to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies during sales processes
