- Looking for relationship executives and relationships managers for Easyprop (Fastest growing prop-tech start-up based out of Chennai)
- Candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Freshers with arrears can also apply.
Qualifications : BCom, BBA, Engineering degrees.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine promotions, and negotiating, Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients Preparing and submitting contracts.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
- Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads (comfortable taking 130-150 calls a day)- Keep the customer up-to-date on the progress of his account
- Maintaining client records.
- Identify and assess customer's needs
- Answering client questions about services
- Follow communication procedure's guidelines and policies
