Relationship Executive - Field Sales Support - HR Technology Startup (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Run up-sell, cross sell campaigns in the identified business customers for transaction banking products.
2) Outbound calls to existing customers to inform and convince them about product features.
3) Work closely with the business team to identify and close leads by giving demos of banks product and features at various stages of pre and post-on-boarding of the client.
4) Coordinate with multiple Banks internal and external stake-holders towards client issue resolution.
5) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, call recording, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
6) Gather customer insights/ feedback during client interactions and share the same with seniors and product teams for development of existing product & service architecture.
Skills :
1) Experience in Sales, After Sales Support ( Field Role ) and servicing on a call.
2) Should be fluent in English (compulsory) and Hindi.
3) Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Tally ERP 9.0 or higher would be an added advantage.
4) Ability to engage meaningfully with customers, senior business leaders and other stakeholders (internal & external).
5) Candidate shall have excellent analytical skills to understand client requirements, customers sector and current product offering to identify client requirement quickly and completely.
6) Eagerness to learn & continuously upgrade oneself in payments and collections space to pitch product features to improve client stickiness.
