Relationship Executive - Customer Support - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
- Need an relationship officer who can make relations with clients and can handle the existing clients.
- Required fluent TELUGU language
- Work quickly to resolve and address client's concerns
- Call the clients to help them understand the business strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A background in network marketing, customer service or sales is a plus
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
- Fluency in spoken language. Knowledge of multiple languages will be a plus
