Job Overview:
As an Inside sales professional, you have to onboard agents for a motor product, you will play a crucial role in onboarding or recruiting agents (B2B) from the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge: Ensure your agents have a solid understanding of your motor product. From features to benefits, they should be able to communicate why your product stands out in the market.
2. Sales Training: Equip them with effective sales techniques. Role-playing scenarios can be particularly helpful. Make sure they know how to address common objections and highlight key selling points.
3. Agent Recruitment/ Onboarding: Onboarding partners (B2B).
4. Target Audience: Teach your agents about your target audience. Knowing who they're selling to helps tailor their approach and pitch. Understanding the needs of potential customers is crucial.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in Telesales motor, health insurance product, preferably in the insurance industry.
