ReiseMoto - Regional Sales Manager - Auto Parts Vertical - West (15-20 yrs)
Role Summary:
Regional Sales Manager -West will lead sales and operations, business development and channel expansion for the 2-wheeler tire business in the region. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in managing distribution network, Channel Management, driving revenue growth and driving demand generation initiatives; leading high-performance teams in industries such as lubricants, tyres, batteries or automotive spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Channel Development and Management:
- Build, nurture, and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across the Western region.
- Drive channel partner engagement through effective communication, training, and incentive programs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and managers to meet performance objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Excellence:
- Digitalization of sales system- DMS & SFA implementation.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecast revenue, and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide market insights to support product innovation and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Experience :
- 15-20 years in sales and distribution roles within the automotive (lubricants, Tyres, batteries, spare parts) or related industries.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing large teams, and scaling business operations in a competitive market.
