Key Account Manager (KAM) are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients. Probably the 1st one to introduce entire package and the life saving benefits to the clients playing a pivotal role in helping them choose the best for their baby. KAM will promote Biocell and value added services, negotiate contracts with clients with the aim of maximizing the profit.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead Generation

- Identifying prospective customers from various sources

- Networking with hospital staff, doctors for lead sources

- Creating awareness about Biocell and benefits

- Counselling & Sales

- Educating expecting couples, pregnant ladies about Stem Cell Banking Concept, Biocell and its benefits

- Telephonic and in person counselling

- Fixing appointments for in person or digital presentations

- Closure

- Resolving all the queries at the client end

- Explaining various payment methods and schemes if any

- Closing the deal and completing formalities

- Achieving monthly revenue target

- Post sales

- Coordination with various dept for client enrollment

- Enrollment registration in Sales Force

- Follow up with clients to clear outstanding payments if any

- Maintaining excellent client relationship and encouraging referrals

Other requirements :

- Field sales, requires travelling within the city

- Require to cover weekend appointments

- Should be comfortable in counselling to pregnant ladies

Qualification: Any Graduate

Desired candidate profile

- 3-5 yrs experience preferably in B2C segment and concept selling

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self motivated and driven by targets

- Proficiency in local language

- Good convincing skills

- Must have persuasive skills and suggestive selling techniques.
