KRA:
- Calling leads and providing product information of Biocell (Cord Blood Banking) and Regrow (Orthopaedics Regenerative Cell Therapy)
- Handling customer queries and effective resolution
- Fixing appointments with sales team or consultant doctors
- Coordination with various departments
- Handling incoming enquiries : calls, web, social media etc
- Calling enrolled clients for feedback, testimonials, periodic survey
