Overview:

As the Corporate Sales Manager at REGO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the B2B segment. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, develop, and execute sales plans targeting corporate clients in the car rental industry. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the corporate market segment. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize revenue.

Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing training and guidance to enhance the team's performance and capabilities.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent service delivery. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and developing customized solutions.

Business Development : Drive the acquisition of new corporate accounts by networking, prospecting, and pitching services to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to meet corporate client demands.

Sales Performance Analysis : Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

Contract Negotiation and Management : Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and timely renewals.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience 2-3 years in corporate sales within the B2B car rental industry or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
