An Indian FMCG start up. The organization is looking to build a portfolio of consumer brands in juices, confectionaries and snacks, focussing on Brand Building & Sales & Distribution network.

- The company have received Rs.315 crore in funding from the likes of Goldman Sachs and Mitsui Global Investment last year, is targeting a revenue of $200 million (around Rs.1,250 crore) over the next five years.
Job Description :
Position: Regional/Zonal Sales Manager - South
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Reporting: GM Sales (National Sales Head)
- Strategic and Leadership role in sales structure who will be handling South region covering Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Reporting Structure is to GM Sales ; will have 6 Direct reportee and 93 Sales team & proportionate Indirect sales team
Responsibilities :
- Sales of Southern region - covering all channels - MT; GT; Ecom; Out of home etc.
- People management responsibility
- Has to build strategy for south region sales development and align both top management and below team.
- Has to do appropriate execution to build sales infrastructure and retail placements.
- Has to think out of box for developing sales in a rapid manner.
We would prefer a candidate from B School with 10 -12 Yrs of exp in southern region with Good FMCG companies at the age of 35- 38 Yrs and with a solid sales experience
