Regional Service Operations Manager - Renewable Energy (10-15 yrs)
Overview/Purpose of the profile:
Looking for high energy and self- driven candidate for the role of Regional service/Business Manager for our operations in Bihar . The profile will entail building from scratch and scaling our operations in the new regions in these States. The role will play a key role in our expansion to newer geographies which is core to our business strategy. Ideal candidate would have service and sales upscaling experience
Key Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities include the following but is not limited to:
- Understanding, following and ensuring adherence to company's SOPs as they relate to setting up, scaling and managing operations in branches;
- Surveying areas and recommending them for operations;
- Recruiting branch teams, training and mobilizing them using company collateral;
- Establishing and maintaining key service, collections and customer acquisition disciplines and KPIs
- Achieving the business plan for the Region, in particular the profitability target;
- Following and maintaining company culture in the Region;
- Establishing and maintaining performance accountability in the reporting teams;
- Coordinating between Regional staff and HO on exceptional matters affecting regional operations; and
- Acting and observing protocol as company's senior- most leader in the region.
Job Requirements :
Education Any Graduate, MBA desirable
Experience Functional: 10+ years in process- driven Service/ Collections/ Sales Roles with at least 2- 3 year of experience of designing, implementing and ensuring compliance to processes. Exposure of handling a large multi- location team
Industry: Leadership experience in MFI/Telecom- DTH/Solar/ Consumer Durables, direct service centre
Regional: Bihar. Rural and peri urban experience important
