Job Description :
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager & HR
- Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
- Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
- Utilize training data and reports to develop proactive training intervention plans
- Achieve a target level of training days per individual in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
-Continuous On Job Coaching for Field Force
- Maintaining a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
- Adopting people for specific training in the region
- Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the Region
- Adopting market to evaluate effectiveness of training program in the region
- Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff on managing the tidy SFE metrics.
- Feedback on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region to the HR department
- Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance

Minimum Work Experience :

- 5+ Years 1-2 years experience in Sales training (FMCG)
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Field selling experience including minimum 2 years of experience as a 1st line sales Manager.
- Proven track records in organizing training and induction for all level of employees.
- Ability to identify the training needs.
- Good understanding of Sales Force and market.
- Ability to evaluate on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region.
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance.
Total experience : 12-15 years
Age Criteria 32 - 38 years
Location : Chennai
- FMCG sales background; should be aware about the business concepts
- Should have around 3-5 years of people manager experience
- Should also have 3-5 years of training manager experience
- Might have to build training modules depending on the business needs
- Classroom trainings and Coaching on the field
- Language Tamil is a mandate, apart from that should be knowing Telegu, Kanada and Malayalam
- In a month there will be field work/coaching for 12 - 16 days; 3-4 days classroom training
- Target Companies from FMCG companies
