Role Overview:
- Take charge of a team of Financial Consultants (FCs), guiding them to exceed sales goals and gain in-depth knowledge of insurance offerings.

Candidate Criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within sales or financial services, such as insurance.
