- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the respective region.

- Identify and meet decision makers within the control valves market.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, engineering firms and industry stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the technical team to develop a deep understanding control valve products and their applications.

- Ensure effective communication of product features and benefits to clients.

- Present product details and address client's problems - technical or commercial.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to improve sales effectiveness.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.

- Understand client requirements, past order history and current challenges faced by clients.

- Build long terms relationships
