Position : Regional Sales Manager (Northern & Eastern region)

Location : Sanand, Gujarat

Region : Northern & Eastern India

Ctc : Upto 13 LPA

Industry : Water treatment

Educational Qualification, Experience & Skills :

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from reputed institute

- 10 - 12 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in water & wastewater treatment industry. Candidates working in water & wastewater treatment segment of any EPC / Water Contractor - VATech Wabag, GE Water, Siemens, Ion Exchange, Thermax, Xylem, IL&FS water, Praj Industries, etc will be preferred

- Previous experience dealing with wastewater treatment - Municipal Clients, Contractors/EPC companies and Consultants. Exposure to municipal projects & clients is must

- Capable of working independently and interacting at senior customer levels. Ability to Interface with Senior Level / Decision Makers

- Aptitude for learning New products / technologies for Municipal wastewater treatment

- Ready to travel extensively

- Good Presentation skills

- Good Communication, Negotiation & Problem Solving Skills

- Must have positive attitude.

Job Description:

- Grow revenue in Northern & Eastern region for equipment used in Water & Wastewater Treatment projects.

- Develop & implement Sales Action Plan to achieve Order, Revenue and Margin forecasts

- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets for the region by successfully managing regional sales engineers

- Regular visits to Water Contractors, Municipal clients site & Consultants. Get approval of company brands with consultants and spec-in of products in tenders

- Study application, selection & sizing of product, negotiate and close the order Drive Sales of New Products and Technologies for wastewater treatment applications. Co-ordinate with PLM, engineering & production for the introduction & transfer of new products

- Timely submission of Sales Report and Sales Forecast

- Maintain and Improve customer relationship

- Identify Channel partners
