Regional Sales Manager - Water Pipes (15-20 yrs)

Role Overview:

CRI Pumps Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales and marketing activities for Water Pipes across South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly in the water pipes segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Leadership:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving revenue and profitability targets in South India.

- Lead sales operations across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Pondicherry.

- Monitor regional market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Business Development:

- Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients.

- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

- Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure effective product distribution.

Market Strategy and Execution:

- Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to the South Indian market.

- Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost product visibility and demand.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and establish CRI Pipes as a preferred choice.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team across the region.

- Set sales targets, track performance, and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.

Operations and Reporting:

- Ensure effective distribution and timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for regional operations.

- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification: Degree/MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the water pipes industry or related segments.

- Proven experience managing sales operations in South India, including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Pondicherry.

- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes in the region.

Skills and Attributes:

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.

- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
