Regional Sales Manager - Warehousing/Supply Chain (6-18 yrs)
Job opportunity for RSM(West) and ASM(rest of maharashtra)
Position-Regional Manager/ASM
Administering activities related to primary, secondary sales of the products in the territory.
Allocating targets to the team and monitoring on daily basis.
- Handling distributors and CFA in the territory.
- Managing Distribution network/ Supply Chain for distributing goods in warehouse to the Project sites for achievement of targets within specified parameters.
- Coordinating with the merchandisers for brand Visibility across the market of assigned territory.
- Appointing and training of sales team and motivating them to get sales.
- Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market.
- Training the sales & trade marketing team on selling skills and trade marketing. Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
- Appointing stockiest deciding territory and setting objectives.
- Coordination in CFA, Distributer and stockiest for timely delivery of goods and insure smooth selling system.
- Increasing distribution network by adding new outlet in the territory.
- Improving business process and team working for overall growth and achieving AOP.
- Formulating plan preparing monthly scheme within budget, considering month target.
- Keeping track record of key retail/wholesale and designing scheme for them.
- Implementing systems & procedures related to stock holding, outstanding clearance, claim procedure, etc.
- Keeping a close check on the stocks/ outstanding figures & ensuring adherence to the norms of the co.
- Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products.
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Responsible for Target setting for the entire zone, entire sales force & for distribution system with the match of Scheme plan for the Year.
- Responsible for manpower deployment Plan for the year & new area explore strategy.
- Responsible Customer care & satisfaction monitoring.
