Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loans - Hyderabad
Job Description :
To provide leadership and strategy of assigned products and services in the Region; lead Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target.
Sales Targets :
Monitor and guide ASM/Sales Team and ensure achievement of business
Objective :
- Achieving sales target in the assigned territory / geography
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
- Conducting periodic performance reviews of Sales Team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the banks presence across the geography and ensure its strong presence
Team management :
- Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team
- Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
- Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the sales team and taking course corrections when required
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats given from time to time
- Achieving Operational Efficiency
- Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
- Study and analyse the service quality by visiting / interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures.
- Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor
- Minimise customer complaints.
- Maintain liaison with Zonal Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/
- Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Bank
Experience : 11 to 20 years
Annual CTC : Rupees 9,00,000 to 15,00,000
