Regional Sales Manager - Textile Industry (4-14 yrs)
Regional sales Manager
- Monitor Team and ensure Team Performance
- Handholding, guiding and training team members to achieve their individual targets
- Research, Identify & appoint New A Dealers
- Research, Identify & appoint New Distributors - CS & BedSheets
- Bulk Sales to A Dealers & Distributors
- Relationship Building with A Dealers & Distributors
- Servicing A Dealers & Distributors
- Payment Collection from A Dealers & Distributors
- Recruiting, Replacing, Training and motivating Sales Executives
- Setting Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly sales related Targets for the team
- Allocating area to Sales Executive
- Develop Sales strategies and execution plans
- Compiling and analysing sales data
- Research and give feedback for new product development & competition
- Brand promotions through Team and Marketing executive.
Other Requirements:
- Travel - minimum 15 days/month
- Submitting Daily Sales Report - DSR
- Attendance through Fieldsense / CRM Tracking software
- Dealer visit recording through Fieldsense / CRM Tracking software
- Own bike for Local Travel

- Age - 30- 50 years
- Education - MBA
- Experience - minimum 5 years in similar position and handling of MULTIPLE STATES
- States - All North and East States
