Regional Sales Manager - Team Management - eCommerce Logistics (4-10 yrs)

Reports to: Head, Enterprise Sales
Job Profile:
This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in a region.
- Building and managing a team of sales executives and sales support teams and ensuring team performance
- Achievement of sales targets for the region
- New business development: Drive acquisition and revenue growth of corporate clients through the sales executives
- Retention of existing business
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
- Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions through the sales executives
- Maintain quality of business (yield)
- Maintaining credit days and on time collections
NOTES :
- Min 4 years post qualification experience (MBA)
- Age: 36 Years Max
- Only from B2B / Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales Background, otherwise, DO NOT APPLY.
- Prefer industry - Logistics / Start ups / Telecom ( Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, DHL, Bluedart, Safexpress, TNT, Practo, Blackbuck etc )
- Current CTC should be more than 15 lacs, OTHERWISE, DO NOT APPLY.

- Should have problem-solving skills
