Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales initiatives in assigned regions and contribute to our mission of advancing clean energy solutions. The RSM will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a regional sales team, conduct performance reviews, and drive recruitment to meet expansion needs.

- Market Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors. Promote new products to maximize market coverage.

- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Manage regional sales budgets and align with financial objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: 7-10 years in sales, with 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the renewable energy sector, especially lithium batteries, is a plus.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in CRM tools and sales management software, results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
