Regional Sales Manager - Staffing (8-20 yrs)
Responsible for improving the revenue of the organization for the staffing vertical
- Responsible for overall Kapston Target on Growth and New Business.
- Ensuring achievement of the Targeted Topline monthly, quarterly & annually.
- Generating new business in the Region of at least 1 Customer of the IPC
- Negotiating with clients and closing the contracts with LOI & Agreement, prior to deployment at site.
- Timely preparation of NBD of sites and submitting documentation to Payroll, Sales Coordinator Contracts, Finance and HR /Admin within 48 Hrs. of LOI/ mail Confirmation from the New Client
- Ensuring timely response to Tenders and RFP's with complete & accurate required documentation taking Support from Contracts Dept.
- Maintain pipeline > 10 times the sales target for each field across the Region.
- Details of the Business in Pipeline to be maintained as per format circulated on line and in practice
- Minimum of 5 Customers > 5 lacs and 2 Clients > 10 lacs monthly revenue in the pipeline
- Meeting prospective clients
- Market survey and maintaining database of prospective Clients in different areas within the Region
- Follow the Standard uniform format of Company Presentation, and present to prospective clients during negotiation stage
- Ensure billing & collections from new Clients in the initial Three month by the respective Regional BD Team of their respective sites
- Understands the market and is aware of competitors' activities
- Builds a planned network of contacts to address a specific need
