Regional Sales Manager/Senior Manager - Dairy (6-9 yrs)

- As a RSM/Sr Manager (Sales), You will be responsible for Developing and implementing sales strategies for the channel, tailored to each sales area.
What you will do :
- Establishing a robust distribution system to ensure sustainable development, focusing on profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Creating and executing distributor structures adaptable to dynamic market changes.
- Identify business opportunities, assess prospects, and evaluate industry positions.
- Cultivating relationships with prospects, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Providing ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients, identifying new opportunities for profit and service enhancements.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements to identify product improvements or new offerings.
- Preparing comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Upholding organizational standards to maintain quality service.
- Contributing to team objectives by achieving related results.
- Willingness to travel at least 15 days per month, with thorough knowledge of Pan India geography.
- Capable of product launches, building distributor networks, and managing marketing activities.
- Conducting frequent market visits to manage and review all outlets, ensuring goal achievement.
- Responsible for asset management and control within the marketplace.
What you need to have :
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the ice cream industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations
- Demonstrated skill in building and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality work and achieving superior results.
- Capacity to maintain enthusiasm and drive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
