Regional Sales Manager - Sales - Hotel (3-8 yrs)
As a Regional Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in accelerating offline sales across Indore, Chennai, Udaipur & Pune from Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hotel chain with multiple properties and possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. We are seeking an individual with a strong network in the market, including travel agents and operators across various segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our hotel units.
- Identify and target corporate clients to build long-term relationships and increase corporate bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our properties and services.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hotel industry, preferably with a hotel chain.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the hospitality and travel industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
