Regional Sales Manager - Rice Producing Equipment (12-14 yrs)

Role :
- To head up the SALES Function for the Company, based out of Raipur/Nagpur.
- States/Countries to handle: CG/MP/Maharashtra/Gujrat/Goa
Job Expectation :
To drive Profitable Topline of the Company, in the Rice Milling Industry
Responsibilities :
- Building and nurturing a BD, Sales, and Service Organization
- To continue and uphold the positioning of the Induss Brand as the Technology Innovator and leader in the sector.
- To develop long term relations with an existing customer base
- To develop a new customer base
- To put in place a strong Customer Service Orientation and Processes
- To develop a strong working relationship with hub-specific liaisoning agents who should be encouraged to prefer Induss over other brands.
- Creating and building a sales culture that would drive quality of sales which can be sustained for a longer period of time.
- Creating and building a Customer Service Culture that would drive customer satisfaction levels and ensure upselling as well as repeat orders.
- Build an excellent working relationship with cross-functional teams like finance/Logistics/Supply chain/ Production planning for smooth backend operations which would fuel sales.
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Engineer from a reputed Institute
- 12+ years of experience in Food Products and Equipment at a senior level.
- To have managed a team of at least 10 people
- Experience in working in a Regional role and well versed with key rice bowl areas.
- Excellent financial acumen with the competency of quoting to the clients.
- Maximum age will be 40 years.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- IT Literacy including working with ERP.
