Regional Sales Manager - Retail Vertical - Insurance (7-15 yrs)
Handling a region is not easy especially when you are working in a reputed company and handling a team of Street-Smart guys!!!
Major Deliverables:
1) Achievement of budgeted top line and bottom line of the respective region
To implement business strategy as advised by HO Channel heads / Corporate office
2) Strategic Planning and Implementation:
I. Increase overall insurance penetration for the region
II. Increase overall renewal ratios of the region
III. Increase in dealer satisfaction level including claims management.
IV. To identify & increase corporate insurance tie ups for the region
V. To ensure satisfactory service levels for corporate clients
3) Monitoring, Mentoring & supervision of team members
I. Ensure timely submission of business reports from State /Area Insurance Managers to Region / HO
II. Identification of operational training needs of field team
III. To guide and support the regional team to achieve monthly targets
IV. Retention of performing employees of the region
4) Relationship Management
I. To develop & maintain relationship with automobile dealers/OEM's / Insurance Companies / Captive Business units.
II. To Conduct/ participate in periodic review with OEM's / Captive business units & ICs
5) Ensuring 100 % compliance and adherence to regulatory framework in the region
6) Ensuring Debtors recovery & minimum customer complaints
7) To conducted business in most ethical way adhering to Tata code of conduct (TCOC)
