Regional Sales Manager - Retail (10-18 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities through the Sales team and dealer-distributor network.
- Responsible for planning of suiting & shirting.
- Responsible for product category wise sales achievement.
- Training & regular supervision of various sales.
- Prepare and plan periodic visits to key customers together with concerned sales person
- Responsible for given business target achievements.
- MIS & Daily Sales Reports to superior authorities for their analysis
- Collections
- Ensure early resolution of customer complaints arising out of Quality and Commercial issues.
- Administration & management of International Business Conferences & Domestic Conferences.
- Responsible for internal audits of marketing division.
- Coordination with market, production, Dispatch, Accounts & Sr. management.
Desired skills:
10+ years of relevant sales experience in retail/fmcg, textiles/apparels
