Regional Sales Manager - Project Sales - Glass/Building Material (7-10 yrs)
- Identify business opportunities in India, for OE segment glasses.
- Identify and track export opportunities.
- To recommend products to customers based on their requirement.
- Coordinate with the quality department for samples & development of new models as per market requirements.
- Coordinate with the original glass manufacturers/Saint Gobain regularly and develop long term relationship
- To arrange plant visits for the customers and potential customers.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and timely reporting to DGM.
- Periodical Strategic Planning for business development.
- Balancing cost of sales and to ensure cost of sale is kept under control.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- To ensure all customer complaints are resolved properly in time.
- To ensure all the payments are received within credit period.
- To ensure all statutory compliance met such as C form etc within each quarter.
- To ensure proper costing is done prior to sending proposal to customers.
- Preparation and Submission of daily Sales Report/monthly report.
- Proper and timely Coordination between plant, Sales support office and H O
