Job Description :
- Candidates should currently be taking care of regional sales.
- Candidates will be taking care of entire Tamil Nadu region
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle most of the important distributors and contribute towards maximum business
- Designing marketing strategies for brand promotion.
- Coaching and ensuring the implementation of plans and strategies by executives and field staff.
- Achieving monthly sales and budget targets.
- Managing the distribution channel network.
- Monitor to conduct CMEs and Doctors meets and education programs.
- Developing and nurturing good relationships with doctors, Para medic staff and other hospital authorities.
- Provided leadership to the sales and marketing teams in building and maintaining a high performance culture.
- Created a work culture that attracts, motivates and retains talented employees and developed teams/individuals accordingly.
- Created a coaching environment which optimizes employee performance.
- Created a pipeline of talent in sales and marketing teams.
