Regional Sales Manager - Pharma (6-15 yrs)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assigned territory to regularly meet CUSTOMERS and achieve revenue budgets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Manages and constantly update a customer base and continues to review the list to Optimize the Business.
- Conduct customer / market development activities in discussion with the line managers and as directed by HO.
- Promote Company's product & discussions and monitors distribution system.
- Maintain and develop relations with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods.
- Generate prescriptions in line with the business strategy. Achieve targeted sales volume and distribution objectives.
- Optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction, And Meets the company specifications in call average and coverage of Customers in the Assigned Territory.
- Complies with reporting systems, work plans and operates within assigned budgets to maximize sales and to establish effective sales administration systems.
- Candidates with 3-4 years of experience as RSM in vaccines & pediatricians are preferred.
