We are hiring for leading Manufacturing Company of Packaging and Houseware products Company.
Designation : Regional sales Manager
Exp : 10 Yrs to 18 Yrs
CTC : Upto 6 LPA
Location : Bangalore and Mumbai
Qualification : Graduation
Job Responsibilities :
- Key driver of overall strategy, consumer initiatives, brand planning and budget management in various cities.
- Responsible for expanding our business in the Region.
- Commercialization and revenue generation of new and ongoing products.
- Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various events, in shop promotion and below the line activities
- Preparation of monthly / annual Sales Plan. Planning and forecasting stock requirement for immediate and near future needs.
- To plan effective Trade scheme to help us achieve our goals keeping in mind the competition and market need.
- Administrative issues like ensuring Field Force submit reports on time, Sales Reports from SD/AD's.
- Proficient in building distribution network with reliable dealers, distributor and salesmen by appointing them in non-performing areas, planning their monthly primary & secondary schemes and optimizing their performance levels.
- Skilled in identifying rapidly identify business problems & implementing best demonstrated strategies in challenging environment to enhance revenue generation & market share expansion for accomplishment of performance milestones through strong external outlook in PET industry.
- Proficient in increasing sales revenue, exceeding targeted goals, developing profitable & productive business relationship and building an extensive client base.
- Successfully led key business initiatives & strategies to meet changing customer needs / expectations, thereby resulting into high level of customer satisfaction and increase in market share, sales volume & added bottom line.
- Directed cross-functional teams using interactive & motivational leadership; acknowledged for mentoring people with equal desire to win.
- Training and development of the team.
