Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving regional sales targets.
- Effectively plan and implement new business opportunity.
- Responsible for initiating developmental activities like promotional activities, branding.
- Identifying issues incorporation and rectifying in all the departments.
- Coordinating with different departments in HO and acting as a support system in achieving results.
- Participate in meeting with distributors that are held throughout the market to emphasize personal assistance.
- Identify the areas of dealers and distributors needs improvement.
- Develop a marketing team with high morale.
- Managing team and achieve high level of commitment.
- Identifying areas which needs improvement.
- From garment, time wear industry - MBO format.
Brands like- Levis, Pepe, Arvind, Raymond, Mufti, Lee, Wrangler. MBO Format.
Experience - As ASM/ RSM for more than 3 years.
Age : 32 45 years.
MBO Format experience added advantage.
