Regional Sales Manager - MSME Sector - Solar Loan (8-15 yrs)
Regional Sales Manager - Gujarat, Ahmedatad, the incumber, will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within the designated region.
- Building on our client's success and market presence, the responsibilities will include leading a team of Field Sales Managers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into loan applications.
Location: Based out of Ahmedabad and will travel out of the city as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Field Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional team.
2. Regional Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Drive initiatives to establish and expand client's market presence in the Gujarat region.
3. Installer Network Development:
- Collaborate with the team to onboard and maintain a robust network of installers in the region.
- Ensure installers have a comprehensive understanding of client's products and sales processes.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for the Gujarat region.
- Guide the team in converting leads to loan applications, collaborating with the credit team for seamless processing.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers and customers.
- Promote repeat business and referrals through effective relationship management.
6. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends within the Gujarat region and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Offer insights and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.
7. Collaboration with Head Office:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other functional heads at the head office to ensure seamless integration of regional and overall company strategies.
Candidate Details :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar or financial industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Effective communication skills.
