Regional Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG/FMCD (10-12 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
- Prior experience in Modern trade experience of handled chains of MT of multiple regions.
- Creating and Meeting regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Responsible to hire, train & develop a team of self-motivated Sales Executives to assist in carrying forward the company goals.
- Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, motivational skills, analyzing & decision making capabilities, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the regional sales team by establishing a system of travel plan for sales calls, reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base in assigned territory/ region through ASM's and Sales Executives.
- Increasing business opportunities by adding new customers on board. To accelerate business growth for products in his area.
- Exceed or achieve monthly sales revenue targets, KPMs and objectives for the territory
- Maintaining and expanding the sales and market share for company's products. Increase visibility of products in the market.
- Planning and Managing Technical Presentations at Regional level.
- Supervising, assisting, educating & motivating the ASEs, Salesmen and Trade partners to explore & nurture market potential in the given territory.
- Ensuring planned & aggressive expansion of the network through sustained focus.
- Arranging & Participating in vendor meet. Call for techno commercial negotiations. To develop customer confidence for sustaining growth.
- To generate weekly, fortnightly and Monthly activity reports of customer visits, sales dispatches, new orders received, payments collected, orders lost and analysis, customer complaints, Monthly sales target status report etc.
- Strong experience and understanding of Sales & Distribution Management, Channel Management & GTM strategy to build business and deliver sustainable margins and Volume growth.
- Need to build network of Distributor and achieving sales target of the company through effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Defining & implementing sales plans, and make presentations & reports.
- Relationship building & Coordination with dealers/distributors.
