As the Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (West) - Modern trade, you will manage a team of Sales executives, Merchandisers & Promoters for the allocated region.
What you will do:
- Handling MT for West region - Maharashtra & Gujarat
- Handling Modern Trade & Retail chains.
- Achieving sales-targets, ensuring dominant visibility of the companys products in the stores, good execution of promotions, distribution management
- Coaching of SE /Merchandise/ promoter
- Effective guidance and hand holding to the merchandisers
- Being a communication channel between the company and the Modern chains and distributors.
- Allotting clear responsibilities to team members- assigning targets etc.
- Ensuring TSB completion and mid-month target evaluation.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Should have minimum 6 years of experience as ASM/SM in Modern trade.
- Should have directly handled DMart Mumbai business.
- They should be handling more cities not just Mumbai.
- MBA a must
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- People management skill
- Analytical Ability and Team Building Capability
- Target Oriented
- Willing to travel extensively - across Gujarat and Maharashtra
