Job:
To manage a sales target of Rs 250 crores of Microfinance sales in rural villages to individuals & self help groups
Manage & guide on roll team of about 100 people
Rigour in achieving monthly targets
- Branch operations till branch viability
- Income and Expenditures Tracking
- Demand Analysis and Idle Cash Management
- Portfolio At Risk - Analysis
- Branch Visit/ field visit
- Books of accounts verification
- Vouchers verification
Education: Graduate with MBA
Other Qualifications
- Must know local language apart from English
- Must have prior experience in microfinance sales; people without microfinance sales experience should not apply.
