Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

Reporting : Sales Head

Job location : Gurgaon

Geographical coverage : NCR & Haryana

Candidate should be experienced and well versed in Lead generation and market research.

Responsibilities :

1. Winning and adding a new business account and meeting the monthly target of account conversions

2. Responsible for primary sales and achieving sales targets monthly/quarterly/annually

3. Establish an ideal partner hospital distributor for quick and exponential sales growth

4. Retain and grow the existing business account

5. Introducing a unique technology-driven procurement process through presentation

6. Introduce and incorporate subscription-based technology-driven tools with a business account to increase top-line revenue

7. Demonstrate , execute sales and marketing activities, provide training to users, RTM, etc.

8. Ensure on-time supply with the right quantities and take ownership of the supply chain whenever required.

9. Work closely with supervisor and up-wards communication to operation head-on day-to-day activities

10. Weekly/monthly reporting and sharing sales achievement data and innovative ideas.

Qualification and Qualities :

1. Graduate/PG in commerce/business management/science

2. 8 to 12 years of experience in hospital Supply Sales. Significant network &and relationship with hospitals/Doctors/Key decision-makers,

3. E medical supply experience would be added advantage

4. Hands-on experience in excel, and PowerPoint presentations and tech-savvy

5. Good in communication in Hindi & English

6. Go-getter, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit in mind

7. Dedicated, problem-solving attitude & team player

REMUNERATION : Open to discuss for right candidate + Incentive, Conveyance and mobile expenses.
