Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices/Pharma/FMCG/FMCD (3-8 yrs)
Job Description
1. Responsible for sales operations of the Zone.
2. Driving sales operations and motivate the sales teams to maximize sales revenues.
3. Business development and express growth trajectory for the company.
4. Ensuring Financial management by way of Implementing credit policy and credit controls and timely claim settlement.
5. Ensuring operational excellence through support function team to deliver world class services to the customers.
6.Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales and meeting of individual & group targets.
7. Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be an MBA in Marketing from Tier-1, Tier-2, business school with a proven sales experience.
4-8 years of sales experience into Medical Devices, Pharma, FMCG and Consumer durables is must.
Strong sales prospecting skill with a proven track record.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) skill.
Strong work ethics, good organization skill, high attention to detail & disciplined work style.
Important : The candidate should have handled Mumbai region in his/her sales tenure.
