Regional Sales Manager - Medical Device (4-8 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of our cutting-edge EEG and EMG devices across South India. The ideal candidate will be based in Bengaluru or Chennai and will work independently to drive market penetration and achieve sales targets in this strategic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to establish a strong market presence in South India.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, qualify, and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies across the region.
- Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our EEG and EMG devices.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities in the South Indian market.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast sales accurately.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to the National Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in neurophysiology or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of EEG and EMG technology, clinical applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South India.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South India
