Regional Sales Manager - Media (4-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Experienced in Digital Sales profile
- Experienced in client acquisition & servicing them
- Research and generate leads, make initial contact and meet potential clients to accurately qualify the prospect.
- Closing sales orders and achievement of assigned targets
- Consultative selling and client education on how the company's digital solutions can add value to them.
- Must have fair understanding of digital products/ services
- Proven track record in driving sales & business objectives
- Candidate need to have digital media/ agency experience.
Financial :
- Budget Management - plan and administer the annual budget to achieve the maximum impact and achievement of business objectives
Customers :
- Effective management of agencies & Partners
- Liaison with internal stakeholders - programming, sales, distribution team
- Provide leadership to internal team and external agencies- media, creative, PR- drive synergy for a cohesive communication output
Qualifications/ Requirements :
- Strong leadership skills with strong inter-personal skills and effective organization and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Self-starter with bent for analysis and problem solving
- MBA - preferably with Sales & Marketing as area of specialization
