Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Job Description :

Sales Strategy : Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the region

Team Management : Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives or account executives within the region. This involves setting sales targets for the team and providing coaching and guidance to help them meet their goals

Territory Analysis : Analyzing the region to identify potential market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive threats. This includes conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends

Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients within the region. This often involves regular meetings and communication to understand customer needs and address any concerns.

Sales Training : Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.

Market Expansion : Identifying opportunities for market expansion and growth within the region, which may involve opening new sales channels or entering new markets.

Compliance : Ensuring that the sales team adheres to all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
