The Job
You will be responsible for :
The Manager International business should be an international sales professional with approximately 2 to 6 years of work experience in the areas of sales and marketing, Business development and Channel sales.
Essential functions and Requirement -
- Incumbent will be responsible for all the activities associated with managing and executing vision plan of geographical expansion, building product portfolio and sustainable business making international business one of the key pillars of growth.
- Incumbent will be responsible for developing XRF, Weighing and Laser product related business for the assigned markets.
- Heading existing team of regional managers, sales engineers, service engineers and export coordinators ensuring the export related deliverables efficiently. Expanding the team further as per the requirement.
- Achieving the sales volumes, market share & profit targets by executing sales and marketing plan for mentioned p roduct ranges
- To formulate strategies based on Market Research & Competitor analysis.
- Develop new market entry strategy.
- Growing the existing markets and finalizing the annual business plan in terms of sales & marketing.
- Identify and participate in potential trade fairs globally for promotions.
- To Explore and appoint Distributor/dealer/agents globally. To handle and grow business with existing distributors efficiently.
- To ensure robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with Distributors and dealers.
- To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction
- To Handles End to End exports Cycle, including co-ordination with factory.
- Understanding global product certification requirement and updating on the same to technical team
- Sales analysis and corrective actions to meet sales goals.
- Organizing seminars and customer/retail/dealer meets.
- Participate and visit potential exhibitions globally.
- Support and assist international branch requirements.
- Play active role in strategizing and preparing marketing tools and material including presentations, promotional videos, brochures etc
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales or Multi-country Head / Regional Sales Manager ideally within the Electronics and Manufacturing industry.
- You have a solid prior experience within Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake more than 80% travel.
