Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)
We have been retained by an an American designer and manufacturer of motion and fluid controls and control systems for applications in heavy industrial and medical devices.
The organisation is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based out of Delhi/ NCR. The incumbent needs to set the sales organisation in north India, The prime responsibilities of the candidate are:
1. The role will be responsible for the sales & business development of Products in North India (States of Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, J&K & Rajasthan).
2. Identify, pursue and secure profitable business to meet the objectives of an agreed sales plan, by both protecting existing business and generating new leads and convert them into concrete business.
3. Maintain close contact with assigned customers, and provide them with a constant level of excellent customer service.
4. Make effective proposals and quotations to customers within the agreed pricing policy, and approved commercial terms.
5. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast information for assigned territory.
6. Maintain, represent & train team members & distributors of the products and services being sold.
We are looking for someone:
1. Who is BE in Mechanical or electronics & has 8 to 12 years of experience
2. Who has capability to build trust; adaptability; building strategic working relationships across functions; decision making & can manage change
3. Someone who has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
