Regional Sales Manager - Logistics (8-15 yrs)
- Development of sales strategies, defining target segments, values and propositions
- Formulation of business sales plans, execute sales business & sales development strategies
- Monitor and ensure product-wise & sector-wise profitability in the Region.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-setgoals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Plan, develop and execute new business in the region
- Develop new potential market /locations in the region and undertake regular market study ofthe potentials
- Implement brand building strategies in region
- Target, secure, develop and manage key accounts
- Overall responsible for regional sales budgets assigned by management to maintain the P&L.
