Regional Sales Manager-Logistics 


Job Summary :

- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market with the objective of achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base on Regional level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development of sales strategies, defining target segments, values and propositions

- Formulation of business sales plans, execute sales business & sales development strategies

- Monitor and ensure product-wise & sector-wise profitability in the Region.

- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Plan, develop and execute new business in the region

- Develop new potential market /locations in the region and undertake regular market study of the potentials

- Implement brand building strategies in region

- Target, secure, develop and manage key accounts

- Overall responsible for regional sales budgets assigned by management to maintain the P&L.

- No. of qualified leads/opportunities

- New customer Acquisition

- Sales volume

- Achieving GP targets - Both Individual and team

- Acquisition and retention of quality manpower

- Timely collection of outstanding
