Job Description :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the retail loan products, specializing in Mortgage and Micro Loans against Properties, particularly in the affordable segment within the Delhi NCR region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.
- Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.
Portfolio Management :
- Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets.
- Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies.
Strategic Planning :
- Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objective.
Client Relationship Management :
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of ASM/BM/ABM/RM.
- Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners.
Market Analysis :
- Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.
Reporting and Compliance :
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Training and Development :
- Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
- 10 years of prior experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Delhi NCR, specifically in the informal sector. we need specific experience in affordable segment - Minimum 4/5 yrs out of total 10 year.
- Managerial experience in handling a diverse team.
